Default Meet Homer the listing agent

The home was a duplex and one side was vacant and the other occupied.

The occupied side had a barking dog and when the buyers agent called the listing agent he had stated that he would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later one of my clients took out Barky so we could procede with the inspection. The listing agent never showed.

3 days earlier I set up a radon monitor and the buyers agent couldnt get into the house as the keys were not the right ones. I had to drive off to be called back to start the test.

Finally at the completion of my inspection the listing agent showed up. Meet Homer.
