Here is a tip. If you are using paper as your way of taking notes while inspecting consider using various color ink pens as a way to help distinguish notes from each other.
Example Upstairs Bath note it in Blue and use green for the downstairs bath.

I often will use a red pen to highlight a real problem area. It is a real good tip. Thanks

I use multi-colors as well, especially when doing duplexes and 4-plexes. Helps a lot to keep things separated.
