I informed him there is no such thing as licensed HI's in MO. I then sent him my certification link and once he saw that he was happy and we scheduled.
I'm licensed, and so far have never been asked if I was certified. In all fairness, I've taken every free (Membership Dues) Nachi class and passed, with a high score every test. So, minus the yearly fee, I should still be certified. I have not completely made up my mind, but things with Nachi have changed a lot in the 2 yrs. since I joined. I have a lot of different things I could use the $289 for in relation to my business.

No certification needed in Illinois or Missouri.

Sure, I remember Ray . . .

Still, way too many folks with too much time on their hands . Must be a good economy, out his way, to afford this much time!

Tafeen Peter http://www.raymondwand.ca/jpg/ray.jpg Raymond Wand provides professional residential inspection services to buyers and sellers throughout Caledon, Wellington, Halton, Dufferin, and Peel Counties in Ontario, Canada. As the principal inspector, Raymond has earned his reputation as a professional in the home inspection field by providing effective quality service and has conducted over two-thousand inspections for satisfied clients from Canada, including some of Canada's top CEO's, as well as corporate and private relocations for clients from the U.S.A., England, Germany, and France. Yea I have never been asked about a license till now in MO. Why his realtor had that on the contract I have no idea. Won't know till Monday. However if it wasn't for that certification link I don't think I would of won his business. Bottom line if he was investigating you and me at the same time and say you only worked in MO were no licensing requirement exist I do feel he may of picked the certification link over someone without a link or lack of proof that they had any kind of training. My scenerio is trying to show you what "MAY" happen if you decide to drop a association.
