My Telesteps just fell in two pieces the other day, I will not use or buy another one, and am thinking about suing the company.

I will post a picture of it tomorrow if I remember, the pins snapped off where they connect at the sides, I'm damn lucky I wasn't coming down from the roof when it occured.

Was up on a roof and pulled the ladder up to that roof, bingo...two pieces!!

Had to wait for someone to get another ladder out of my truck to get down from the roof.

Sounds like your telescope turned into binoculars.

All kidding aside, that could have been a bad deal.

Little Giant 17 foot works great up and down many thousands of times . My son uses the same and his is well past 20,000 times .
Plastic tip broke and called the company about buying it ,sent him a new set free.
Never heard of a complaint about little Giant.
Glad to hear Dale is OK WOW! close or what.
Your car should be fine I used mine for years.

I trashed my extend n' climb after the feet slipped out twice while climbing to a garage attic access hatch. The roundish feet of this ladder and a dirty floor are a dangerous combo.

Dale,
I am happy to hear that you were not injured!

I know that David Valley had a "ladder mishap" {broke his leg} and was out of work for quite some time.

With your recent health problems you certainly do not need anything more to complicate your life.

The "helpful" dharris is a rare creature.

He can't escape his actions and postings. It's here for all to see.

Now just who is bashing whom?

I have an Extend and Climb, the only damage Ive done is to my finger and my ego when I pinced the hound dog crap outta myself about 15 seconds out of the box. I had it slide a time or two so I carry a thick heavy rubber pad that does not skid or slide around, about 5 feet long and about 1 foot wide, that I can rest the bottom feet on in situations like the one Erol spoke of. I also use that same pad to lay across the crawl space access hatches sometimes because it allows me to slide in rather than try to heave my young tender body across the rusty steel frames or jagged edges of the access hatch. I have even used it to put under a back tire to get some traction when stuck in some sandy soil. Thought someone might be able to use that information. I still carry my articulating ladder but rather use it anymore.

You may be right that he did that in the past. But, he had stopped and some others decided to go back to it. You still did not answer the question; Where is the productive outcome?

If Dan were to post another bashing message, I suggest this. Do not reply to it. See what happens then. I think you know where I am going.

Let's be adults and be civil to one another.

And just who's purpose is served if there is no response to false or misleading information posted by dharris or anyone?
