Ok if your going to use cartoons hire a professional designer like the big names did. Big difference between what you guys are posting and what George has designed. George not saying its bad it's actually a great attempt all I'm trying to say is I've been hired multiple times because of my site due to the shear fact they new exactly what I do as soon as they enter it and they knew where I served. I'll say it again create your logo unique to the area you serve and use the term "Home Inspection Services" after whatever you decide to call your company.

>>>And you moved to MOLD capital of the USA ? Not to mention the pollution . BTW good luck >>>
Fortunately she isn't allergic to mold (we tested her for it). That cold single digit, DRY, winter New England air does her in though. We came down here and she is like a new person Wish I knew this 2 1/2 years ago before the whole fiasco cost me over 500K in lost income (I essentially stopped working to take care of her) and doctor bills Thanks for the well wishes! She loves it here in Powell so far, as do my daughters. Back on topic (sort of) - This was the header graphic for my old real estate company website back in CT (I think the forum software shrinks it down some when posting so it may be a little blurry and mottled): ![]() By itself it may not look like much but with the rest of the web page(s) showing too it really popped. The yard sign part of that graphic appeared in all my marketing materials in some form or another, sometimes with me standing next to it, sometimes (most of the time) not. Postcards, ads in the paper, brochures, listing book covers, etc. all had that sign on it somewhere with a similar look and feel for consistency's sake; as well as a USP and a Call To Action on all materials. Point is, whatever one does they must do it consistently. Whether spending money on ads/mailers/etc. or visiting agent's at open houses, if you aren't going to keep it up and be consistent then don't do it at all; because if you mail something out 2 or 3 times and then stop mailing then all your money previously spent will have been wasted unless you got really lucky with the ultimate killer offer where they acted on it the first time. Enough bloviating by me, need to get back to studying........ Al in TN |

From Wikipedia (below):
Nice cartoon logos all over your home page Jeff. Excuse me as I need to go look up Hypocrite. The term has evolved over time. The original meaning was in fine art, where cartoon meant a preparatory drawing for a piece of art, such as a painting or tapestry. The modern meaning refers to both humorous illustrations in print and animated films. Even more recently, there are several contemporary meanings, including creative visual work for electronic media and animated digital media. When the word cartoon is applied to print media, it most often refers to a humorous single-panel drawing or gag cartoon, most of which have typeset captions rather than speech balloons. The word cartoon is sometimes used to refer to a comic strip.[1] |
