That would be an excellent idea. I have suggested to Nick to do what you suggest this very evening. It would also be best to constitute a new ESOP with policy provisions in place via bylaws. That way everyone is on the same page and knows their respective rights. Remember too, as with any other professional body, an appeal s process is also a right.

If the antics of some of the ESOP continue Nachi will suffer.

Public court has no jurisdiction, any private self regulating body has procedural standards. Its called an administrative tribunal with the right to appeal to an outside court. ASHI has it so do the Canadian associations of record except NACHI. Sure there are rules but as repeatedly evidenced, Frank has broken the rules as has Joe F. and Bushart. Sorry your theories do not muster or warrant what has and is taking place.

I have a law enforcement background to. In Ontario we do things differently, so the US model does not work up here and is not tailored to Canadian standards for self regulating bodies.

If all of the members of the ESOP would resign today Ray & Roy would find something else to complain about.
