I would recommend starting with your local police department, filing a criminal complaint. Who knows what this guys intentions are with these identities he has created. Perhaps he will have you endorsing certain products or will use your identities to disguise his own illegal practices in the industry.

A criminal complaint, not an ESOP Complaint, would be the prudent route.
