I recall a NACHI Tv episode pertaining to fire inspections with reference to some non-existant federal law taking effect in Feb 2009, exclusively for NACHI members, that by the time the episode aired...the weblinks no longer worked and the two promoters of the "benefit" were not returning emails.

Hey Nick, did you just lock me out of the members only features?

Now that's Goofy!

Wow....

NACHI once considered dissent by members as a virtue and protected right. Tonight, for criticizing him...Nick has kicked out two people on one thread?

NACHI can be better than this.

Since no client or agent in my area is familiar with NACHI, I'm sure few, if any have actually looked at it.

I changed the name of our Linkedin Networking Group from InterNACHI to International Real Estate Networking Group about two weeks ago, BTW its got over 800 members currently. I've taken almost all reference to NACHI off my website over the past two weeks except for certification seal as required to maintain membership. I've ordered new cards and marketing materials with NACHI removed as well.

I'll still visit here as many of you are extemely knowledgeable about home inspections, our industry and our business needs and requirements to be successful. Sorry I can't give the same compliment to the NACHI ownership. Their business ethics are questionable at best.

We better type fast, this thread is no doubt going to disappear like Jim's other record breaking thread.

Frankly, I think it is a bold and blatant statement to the ESOP Committee that Nick quite readily deletes threads that are offensive to him on an immediate and regular basis ...yet he insists that baseless, false and slanderous attacks against the members of your committee remain, even when petitioned by many to delete them.

Nick and or Chris have been good of late in deleting this morons accounts and posts and I for one appreciate it.

Why it's different tonight. I do not know.

Perhaps Nick will tell us.

I think it is worthy of note that many of those who have defended Nick to the point of becoming ridiculous themselves in the threads that ended up being deleted have...while continuously monitoring this thread...remained silent.

Perhaps they are coming to see what the rest have been seeing and posting about.

While we were asleep...NACHI stopped being our association and became strictly a business for the Gromicko Brothers.

Not sure I like what is happening either but this MB remains a great place to share knowledge and help each other.

James, it's a shame that the org you now belong to admits malcontents like Raymond. He truly is a scourge on the industry.
