Edward Jones Investment Company has spoken at several of our chapter events. Now this is a company that is actually going to take member's money, and invest it for them. What "due diligence" are you suggesting InterNACHI do to assure members that Edward Jones isn't going to go belly-up like Lehman Brothers?

Folks, if he can answer this question.... I'm going to make millions from it.

Brian, you are always good for a vague post that says nothing specifically. At least Bushart jumps the shark after he runs out of ammo, you come in unarmed from the get-go.

Nick, your brain has hit a speed bump. You play dumb very well. I have no idea how else to get through to you. Good luck to you and to all your new unsuspecting members. I wonder how long your first prison sentence will be. Hopefully you will only have to plea to 1 charge, because we will all know what that means.

Dylan, I'll take your last post to mean that you are unable to proffer even one method by which InterNACHI could ever predict that a vendor will one day go out of business.

Thanks. Mission accomplished.

Oh!!! BTW, some fairly regular posters signing off recently and tonight especially. Better get to the unemployment lines to offer some newbies a new career to keep the merry-go-round turning.

I think it is only fair if they are wanting to be referred by us to our clients for the evaluation of and possible repairs to their new home, that we know as much about them as possible.

Frankly, Nick...your track record is not all that good.

We have recently learned from you that you will look past a felony conviction and incarceration and allow that person to represent our association to vendors....while arguing that, in your opinion, the felon "did nothing wrong".

We have also learned from recent revelations that any vendor who expects you to expend effort to help them to be successful...as you are doing for these unknown vendors, here.....they must agree to pay you (through NACHI) a significant amount of cash.

The days are over when ... simply because Nick says so .... it's so.

Nonsense. I would never ask anyone to pay me for my work here, check or cash.

I emailed asking for names of the local structural engineers. It'll be fun to see who they are.

Jim, we won't be running background checks on thousands of structural engineering firms either.
