Dan Harris the fraudster.
Tells how great he is, and then puts his picture up so unsuspecting consumers do not know who is running the company or who Harris may send out to do the actual inspection. Would anyone who claims they are so great actually be stupid enough to leave the most important part of the company off the website? Dan you don't have to prove anything here on this board one only has to go to your site to see how not to market and represent yourself. Does the Arizona State licencing board know about your misrepresentative marketing to unsuspecting consumers? |

That's not a NASCAR car!!! Anyone can pay a PR firm a small fortune to have their stickers put on that car, run in a race, and have it come in next to last (like we did). They pull it in the garage, peel the stickers off, put another corporation's on, and back out onto the track to run another race.
Unless Toddey and Danney mean the race car we had in the exhibitor hall at our 2005 Convention? That is hardly NASCAR. I don't think they know what NASCAR is. Anyway, Deanna had to drive the car around the convention center until it ran out of gas because the convention center wouldn't allow us to bring it in until the fuel tank was empty. Then we pushed it in. You couldn't have missed it... everyone had to walk around it to get to the exhibitors. Anyway, Keith Swift is flying in this weekend to see a new race vehicle we're building (with an inspection-industry twist to it). KeithSwift.com is one of the vehicle's sponsors. We'll take some pictures of the operation and post them next week. We'll eventually get to play the hat game with it. The "hat game" is where each sponsor puts their stickers all over it and we stand next to it with the sponsor's hats on so that the sponsor can take pictures (monkey see, monkey do). Then we all switch stickers and hats for the next sponsor's pictures. We could have done it for the 2005 Convention race car but the car wasn't anything very special... this new race machine we're buiding is. Now all we have to do is win a race with it Nick Gromicko, CMI Founder World's biggest, best inspection association "Planet InterNACHI... resistance is futile" Last edited by gromicko; 6/5/07 at 11:31 AM.. |

Can you picture Moe and Curly shouting some high pitched "woo...woo..woo...woo" as they run out of sight, fanning the flames coming from the back of their pants? So ends another sequel to the (hic) Todd and danny Show.

From a marketing perspective, the disconnect between auto racing and the inspection industry was a problem. We've solved that problem with this new racing machine that is being built right at NACHI HQ. The commercial garage where it is being assembled, NACHI TV's studio and Lisa's, Krystal's and my office (we share a tiny office) at NACHI all share common walls with doors connecting them all.

please do a little research before you post. ARCA and NASCAR are not the same. Try reading the rest of the artcle. Here it is for you so you don't have to go looking for it. ARCA/NASCAR Connection 50-Plus Years Strong ![]() ![]() Racing Community Mourns Passing of NASCAR's Bill France, Jr. William ("Bill") C. France, 74, passed away Monday afternoon in Daytona Beach, Florida. France is remembered - and revered - as the man who followed his visionary father at the helm of NASCAR and International Speedway Corporation ("ISC"), in the process becoming a visionary himself, as he guided NASCAR to unprecedented levels of popularity, and grew ISC into a leading position in the motorsports industry. Left to Right: ARCA Founder John Marcum, NASCAR Founder Bill France, Sr., and Bill France, Jr. in Daytona Beach Florida. 1964. He combined pragmatism with optimism, an approach that resulted in a calculated - and adventurous - road to success. France grew up in the formative years of stock car racing, living and learning every detail of the sport from his own experiences, and those of his father William Henry Getty France - who was known as Bill Sr. Bill Sr. was the founder and first president of NASCAR, and created the organization that evolved into what is known today as ISC. The entire racing community, and in particular, the ARCA family of officials, racers, sponsors, and fans, mourns the passing of France, who was a long time friend and supporter of the ARCA RE/MAX Series. "It's very difficult to properly put into perspective Bill France Jr.'s contribution to the stock car racing industry," said ARCA President Ron Drager. "Bill France Sr. developed and organized the sport, and Bill Jr. actively participated in laying that foundation. As his role evolved over time, he came to be recognized as a leader our sport needed, and he was well suited to the task. He didn't seek a great deal of personal attention, but was full well prepared to take a position on an issue as necessary, always with the betterment of the sport in mind." The Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA) was founded in 1953 as a Midwest-based stock car auto racing sanctioning body. ARCA's founder, John Marcum, had raced against (and worked as an official for) Bill France, Sr., who founded the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) in 1949. "The members of the France family have been great friends to ARCA for more than 50 years," said Mildred Marcum, Co-Founder of ARCA. "Everyone in our organization will most certainly miss Bill Jr. Our thoughts and prayers are with Betty Jane, Brian, Lesa, Jim and the entire France family." For five and one-half decades, ARCA has presented championship stock car racing to fans, competitors and sponsors at the highest levels of the sport. From the superspeedways of Daytona, Pocono, Michigan and Talladega, to the ultra-modern, state-of-the-art facilities in Chicago, Kansas City, Kentucky, Nashville and St. Louis, to the half mile bullrings and the mile dirt tracks, ARCA represents the most diverse nationally touring stock car series, and the second longest running championship racing series in the country. The ARCA RE/MAX Series has crowned a national champion each year since the inaugural 1953 season, and has toured more than 200 racetracks in 26 states since its inception. The ARCA RE/MAX Series features 3400 pound, steel-bodied stock cars with corresponding auto manufacturer engine and body configurations. Drivers and teams compete for the national championship in a 23 race tour featuring a diverse mix of racetracks ranging in size from .4375 to 2.66-miles in length on paved, concrete and dirt surfaces. Notable drivers who have won in the RE/MAX Series include Benny Parsons, Kenny Irwin, Adam Petty, Kyle Petty, Mark Martin, Michael Waltrip, Ryan Newman, Davey Allison, Kyle Busch, Ernie Irvan, Tony Stewart, Jeremy Mayfield and Ken Schrader. CONTACTS: ARCA PR/Media, office (734) 847-6726 Don Radebaugh, cell (419) 450-0611 Jackie L. Franzil, cell (419) 574-2685 This is from ARCA's website. Nowhere does it say they are under the same umbrella. Look at what comes from NASCAR's site. ABOUT NASCAR The National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, Inc. (NASCAR), which began in 1948, is the sanctioning body of one of America's premier sports. NASCAR is the #1 spectator sport - holding 17 of the top 20 attended sporting events in the U.S., the #2 rated regular-season sport on television with broadcasts in over 150 countries, and has 75 million fans that purchase over $2 billion in annual licensed product sales. These fans are the most brand loyal in all of sports and as result, more Fortune 500 companies participate in NASCAR than any other sport. NASCAR consists of three major national series (NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series, NASCAR Busch Series and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series) as well as eight regional series and one local grassroots series. NASCAR Sanctions 1,500 races at over 100 tracks in 35 U.S. States, Canada and Mexico. Based in Daytona Beach (FL), NASCAR has offices in Bentonville (AR), Charlotte (NC), Concord (NC), Conover (NC), Los Angeles, New York, Mexico City and Toronto. MAILING ADDRESS NASCAR PO Box 2875 Daytona Beach, FL 32120 Again, NASCAR doesn't claim to own ARCA. I hope you pay due diligance during your inspections, unlike it appears you do with your posts. |

ARCA sponsorship options are roughly 1/500th of the price of NASCAR's. The two aren't even in the same world. At least now, instead of paying for sponsorships, we charge for them. Monkey see, monkey do
