Hey Marcel, How this one, it's actually only 20 years old and didn't look to bad but I deferred it just because of the age.

How do you like the flashlight, I need a new one and was wondering?

Peter, your oil tank appears to have a leak. ha. ha.

Judging from the oil tank gage and the rusty legs, this baby has a few years on it.

Love my flashflight, extremely bright and holds a charge for quite a time.

Good observation on the leak, It appeared to be fro an overfill as the base of the tank was OK, that said oil tanks deteriorate from the inside out which is why I deferred it.

I am add verbiage to my report that states if the tank is over 15 years old or the age can't be identified it should be re-inspected by a qualified technician or replaced.
