Default Old oil tank vent ?
Does anyone recognizes this type of vent? Are these old underground oil tank vents, or possibly old fuel tank vents?
Previously commercial property - might have been a gas station at one time
If they are fuel tank vents, does that mean that the tanks are still in the ground since the vents were not removed?

Check with your state regarding registration of underground storage tanks. The Illinois Fire Marshall maintains records going back many years. Your state may have similar info.
