Online Client Survey

I am in an area where most of my business comes from the military. I use the online agreement that INACHI provides because more times than not the Military member is buying the home before they even move here. After the inspection I have surveys that I would love to have filled out however my only options are to give them to the realtor in hopes they give them to the client or to email them to the client...I was thinking that if there were an online survey I might get more feedback just because it would be less time consuming and easier for the client to fill out....any thoughts.
