Default OSB-LP Lapp Siding
What can anyone tell me about this material I inspected a house with it and saw moisture problems. Got word there was a big problem with it back in the 90s any help would be appreciated.

Find an InterNACHI certified Nebraska Home Inspector (and anywhere else in North America)

Well crap is kinda harsh dont you think Moisture challenged is maybe better term
Or perhaps your house may swell if it rains could be used .
