Default What is out there to anchor sill Plates

Had a inspection, sill was not anchored, they called and ask what was out there to fix this. I never ran into this before. I am sure there is something out there. With out to much trouble. Home is about 25 years old and sill and band has to be replaced . Any suggestions?

Crawl space (blocks) i mentioned lags and anchors but they where looking for something like a bracket Gerry
