It's been stated for quite some time that ITA had a deal for pay as you go E and O. I'm sure Nick isn't stating anywhere that he cut an exclusive deal. But this does open it up for more people besides ITA graduates to get it.

He just posted in Misc. section that you have to be a member of NACHI, when in fact you can be a member of any assoc., but NACHI will cut your dues in half for membership with them.

What is it you don't understand? The way I read it you can apply under any assoc. or training provider.

How do you read it?

1jason, I didn't say you couldn't apply.
It clearly states, but may not qualify for Preferred status.

NACHI membership confers this preferred status.
Maybe there is an advantage to belonging to NACHI, maybe not

Do you know of any addtional information 1jason?

That refers to the association or the training provider, not the inspector seeking the insurance.

The only way to correctly judge the value of an insurance program and company...is NOT by its premiums, special offers, or incentives...but by the way it handles it claims.

Can anyone report on this particular "Pay Per Inspection" system?
