Default Re: Pay Per Inspection E&O - No NACHI Mebership Required

I think that it would be great to post on this board the states that are included and the states that are not on all of these NACHI discounts such as E&O, so all of us don't get excited and then find that some of us aren't included because of the state we live in. I, for one, would like to see more work on INCLUDING New York State in these important deals.( E&O; Auto Insurance; Health Insurance).

Robert, I absolutely agree, and will see that things are spelled out for everyone to see. One of my demands was that there should be someone to answer questions directly and explain things in terms that inspectors can understand.

Keith and Nick,

Thank you for answering these posts on this subject. The reason I have not personally "signed-up" for this yet is because I am still trying to figure out the differant types of E&O coverage. And, a few of the statements in the package that I had sent to me sound a little "fishy". Have to check into tail coverage, occurance coverage, claims made policy etc....I hear of way too many times that a inspector thought they had good coverage, and then when something happens, they get the Shaft.

Greg, don't be shy. Call Bob Pearson toll-free at (800) 474-4472 and tell him that Keith told you to call. You'll find that he answers questions directly, no sales pitch, just the facts. Good luck. PS just answered your email.
