Thumbs up Philly Chapter meeting
It was great to meet Scott, Joe and the rest of the Philly chapter at last night's meeting, not only are they good inspectors but they are quality people.
Great presentation on deck failures by Erin of Simpson Strong-Tie, with some good information and material that is worth it's weight in gold.

It's easy to see how much effort Scott put into starting this chapter and I plan on making a return trip in the near future.... if you don't mind dealing with a smart**s once in a while

Thanks for the compliments Chris! You are always welcome to come down and hopefully we can start working to do some of the joint projects we have been talking about between the two chapters.
