Default Phoenix area Inspectors
My wife is an Associate Broker for in a North West Phoenix Real Estate office. She is opening a new Letip Networking Group and needs a Home Inspector. I will not do any paid inspections for her because I am worried about conflicts of interest. The annual fee for Letip is $365.00 and they have a web site if you are not familiar with them. Our preference would be that we find a NACHI Inspector with another relative in Real Estate so it would be just a matter of trading referrals. She refers you and your relative refers me.
