Default Plumbing Stack Repair

I have come to realize that during way too many inspections the home owner believes it is a good idea to use duct tape to repair damaged sewer lines.

Yeah pete, that's what I noticed, I understand if he wanted to use duct tape for the pipe but what is it with all the other crap around it. It almost looks like a dump pile to me.
