Inspection this morning, Noticed that the gas water heater and the gas only fireplace both draw combustion air from the completely unfinished 1500 + Sq ft basement. Buyer wants to put a bedroom or 2 down there.
Im looking for thoughts and wording. Thanks |

Make provisions for make up air if they plan on putting walls around the mechanicals. (Vents in the walls at the top and bottom).
