Thumbs down Possible lemon house

Guys-I am inspecting a new home next week with horizontal cracks in brick mortar. Seems to be a complaint of several H/O in area. Any thoughts besides foundation movement?-Don-Miceli Home inspections Denver

If no vertical displacement is present and the cracks are small it could be nothing more than thermal expansion cracking.

The veneer of a home being poorly installed, whether it be brick, wood, vinyl, etc does not mean the house is a lemon. Be very careful.
