I have the opportunity to inspect a 14 unit apartment building that is approximately 12,000 scf. What would you charge for this type of building. I have not seen the building so I only have limited information right now.

I charge $199 per building and $99-$149 per unit, depending on the size. That is, 3/2 is $149, 2/2 is $129, 2/1 is $109, and 1/1 is $99.
