Default pvc Type II building 6 stories

Heres a question for all... is flexible non-metalic conduit (smurf tube otherwise known as Caron Conduit) ... allowed concealed in wall spaces with 1 layer sheetrock cover in a 6 story Type II (concrete framing with steel moment frames) building? The floor slabs are postensioned concrete.

And for that matter, how about rigid non-mettalic conduit?

Thanks.... interested in what y'all think.
