Default Realtor Office Presentation Information

I would like to obtain some materials that I can use at the realtor offices to provide educational presentations. This NACHI site is big, has a lot of information, but cannot be searched very well. Is there a place on this site that has this type of information? If not, do you know where to go to obtain this type of information?

Don't be afraid to step outside of the home inspection realm as well.

See http://www.nachi.org/forum/showthread.php?t=20523 (you'll need to be a member to get there). Not a member? Join today!

I did a presentation for about 500 property investors last week and the last thing I did was "Using extension cords wisely" (see post #49 in that thread). I got more comments on the safety aspects of using extension cords than I did on the rest of my presentation. Part of that, of course, could be because it was the last thing they say other than a large overhead of my business card.

Endeavor to be helpful as well as educational; they are not necessarily mutually exclusive but many people for some reason think they are.

Just a quick note. If you don't have PowerPoint (or don't want to pay for it), you can open and edit the NACHI PowerPoint slides in OpenOffice. OpenOffice is a free alternative of Microsoft Office and is about 90% the same. You can get it free at http://www.OpenOffice.org . It can also save presentations back to PowerPoint format if needed.

Bring them NACHI branded gel mousepads. You can use them as kneepads before you pass them out to your new friends at the realty office.
