Inspecting a home for renters next week. My contract states they cannot share the contract and that if they do the third party can’t say boo about it. Any thoughts?

Agreed ! I do quite a few of these. To me the inspection itself is the same as any other. Also all my contracts whether for a rental or not always say the inspection and report are for that client and are not transferrable to anyone else. along those lines,
