I've sent your request to the people he said this to. My bet is that they did not have tape recorders running at the time, though. Perhaps they may have an email or other written communication.

I have trouble believing Jeff Barnes would have done this as he is a member of ASHI, a known no-entrance-requirement diploma mill with an online, 30-second application http://www.homeinspector.org/join/ap...n/default.aspx that requires nothing but a valid credit card.
