Default Roof inspection

Please give your thoughts on how this Home Inspector reported on a roof he recently inspected.

"roof condition is serious; aging, curling, granual loss, moss buildup, worn flashings"

Thanks

What is serious? Besides that it says whats there. Although elementary, it does state what was present. Not my style, but it is short and quick to the point.

None of the above, but sure hope the Narrative explained what you observed as a full assessment of the condition and recommendation for repair or replacement due to the one existing being beyond it's useful life.
