Wow...Sounds like the same ...holes from Fla when I was deployed there for humanitarian relief for hurricane Andrew....Unbelievable what the scalpers were selling Generators, Ice, and water for.

Pat this news is not surprising as I am sure many materials warehouses are experiencing an upsurge in theft in our after Bush economy.
Roof tile is but one.
All I can say is put a camera on your aluminum down spouts and gutters.

I noticed that this story is from Texas.

Can't you just shoot someone who tries to steal your shingles?
