Default safety inspections

Is any one aware of a safety report that can be added to a standard report that I use, it covers safety issues but my client is asking for a more detailed safety report included because of the fact that the dwelling will be used as a youth transitional home. Any ideas.

Check with your local Building and Safety Administration. There may be specific requirements for this type of dwelling use.
