I remember using MS agent for creating walkthru help to fill out forms. No one like them.

Point is, people are bothered by someone staring at them, or talking without being prompted.

Tried it a long time ago and found it a little corny.
Tech has advanced past that to better avators.

yea i like the flash idea if you know how to, are there any sites you can recommend to learn flash or to get a flash creator?

i think the avitar thing is kinda cool, only if you can customize, if you can "teach it" HI things that you would normally have in a section of Q&A or better yet have it talk about your available schedule that would be perfect, but otherwise i woudl def go with the flash idea
