Something you do not see often

Wall is only sitting on about 2 inches of the block, I can figure if was bad building or the building twisted, front bows in the back over hangs
They said roof was 4 years old house 25 , Under neath looks about 40 roof about 10 to 12 . Oh well here we go again

Oh yeah air was 4 years old and turned out to be 8 years
