Anyone ever done inspections for Spectrum Field Services? I've had an initial contact, but would appreciate any feedback you may have concerning their work, payments, etc. before I agree to do anything for them. TIA

I have done inspections for them. Pay is not real good, but they pay as there website says.

Hey Frank ... I just got a call from Spectrum, did you sign up with them? I understand you work for a month doing inspections and get paid the following month, checks being mailed out by the 15th? ... is it working?

I have done a few but none since last year...time consuming for the info and the photo labeling for the fee paid. They do pay on time and no probs with them as I did these only because I was going to be in the area. Great marketing opportunity if what your doing is foreclosed homes for them.
