If your going to advertise service life make sure if the system is outdated that you refer the system to a qualified licensed specialist for a second opinion. Your telling someone that it's possible the system could fail.

Great find Kenton! Thanks! I'll definitely copy and put into report. Good info. On the life expectancy issue, I mention to the client that the items may last that long if you take care of them and do the require maintenance.
