Default Sunken living room effect
I am having a new home build on a concrete slab and want to incorporate a sunken living room effect when you enter the home from the street. I am also considering the same concept for an outdoor patio area. How costly are these items and how can I achieve it without breaking the bank?

Homes that a wheel chair can not get around easily are harder to sell.
