The sample report didn't have a pool (probably should have checked the box to remove it from the report actually), but it should give you an idea.

Personally, I decided to quit inspecting pools and partner'd up with a pool maintenance company that inspects the pool for $85. I just schedule him to be there at the same time as my inspection just like I do my WDI guy.

That's the way I do it also. It is considerably less liability, the pool people are experts on pools, it allows you to reduce your inspection fee and many of the pool companies will be happy to refeund the inspection fee if the buyer later signs a recurring maintenance agreement with them.
