Termite license in Illinois

I have been trying to find out what steps I need to take to become licensed in Illinois to inspect for termites. Most banks require it around me. I have been trying to contact the Illinois department of public health. I've called 3 times and no one ever answers. What classes/tests do I need to take. Any idea about fees from the state?
