I'm having a discussion with my wife about testimonials I have on my web site. What is the proper way to list the clients name and city.
Should I have the name,
1.the first name spelled out and last name just the initial?
2.the last name spelled out and first name just the initial?
3.first and last name spelled out?
Also the city.
Should it be the city be where the client is from or the city where the inspection was.

Always use the city where the inspection was as that's going to be better for your SEO (assuming their current residence is outside your inspecting area).

First and Last name spelled out is best if you get their permission as it adds a bit more credibility. Otherwise first name, last initial.
