Default Texas Inspector looking to incorporate

I am located in Texas and am looking to form either an LLC or S-corp for my inspection business. I have researched this quite a bit but still feel I would benefit from talking with an attorney. Does anyone have a recommendation for a tax/business attorney preferably in the Austin area that has experience working with home inspectors?

Thanks!

Leo,

Forming an LLC is quite easy.

Go the the Texas Secretary of State's website and review the process.

You can do it online in a matter of a few minutes ... along with a credit card and about $300.00.

The above URL will take you to the page to set up your login, etc., etc.
