Please Note:
Leo Leidlein is a non-member guest and is in no way affiliated with InterNACHI or its members.
I am located in Texas and am looking to form either an LLC or S-corp for my inspection business. I have researched this quite a bit but still feel I would benefit from talking with an attorney. Does anyone have a recommendation for a tax/business attorney preferably in the Austin area that has experience working with home inspectors?
Thanks! |

Leo,
Forming an LLC is quite easy. Go the the Texas Secretary of State's website and review the process. You can do it online in a matter of a few minutes ... along with a credit card and about $300.00. http://www.sos.state.tx.us/corp/sosda/index.shtml The above URL will take you to the page to set up your login, etc., etc. Cheers, Nolan E.
