Hey gang,
I want to give all a big thank you for your valuable insights and enlightenment.
I won't be able to renew my membership with I-Nachi this year due to I'm poor. I'm not really out of bussiness... just super slow enough to make me get a job. All be well and I'll be watching as much as possible.

Just tell Nick your situation he will grant a free renewal until you can pay.
If he can't I will make sure we get you one.
Do not leave just cut your expenses and don't worry about making a profit at this time. Do the job you have to the best of your ability, you can always get back on track after the market turns.
