A/C filter replace
Garage door service, rollers/spring/safety reverse/loose tracks
handyman plumbing beneath sinks
plugged dryer vents (generally in wall cavity to roof vent)
smoke or CO detectors (battery or placement in 80% of inspections)
window caulking missing
weatherstripping on doors
interior light fixtures installed outdoors
missing or inoperable GFCI or AFCI
roof flashing/window flashing/stucco accessories

I'd have to go with this as well, plus as a marketing point to the retailers, they're promoting safety to the public.

knockouts on panel
paint (bare wood)
sealant for mortar
deck stain
