Here's a new one for me - This Homeowner has managed a triple tap! An electrical "hat trick" for Harry!

Is that a square D breaker? The terminal retainer look like they are perpendicular to the wire?

Three taps thats a new one. Can't say I have ever seen three.

Nice. I've seen one of these a few months back as well. The owner tried to tell me he had a lic. electrician do his wiring when he added a new kitchen. Yea,right.
