Default VA loan inspection
Hey guys,
I am in California and was wondering if I need any special forms when I Inspect a VA loan Home...

As far as I have been able to tell, there is no special requirement for a homeowner's inspection when financing will be through the VA. I have done some without any problem. The situation would likely be different, however, if you were to want to inspect VA property.
