One more sign of being a true patriot looking after your fellow American servicemen and women. What a terrific way to show support for our troops! We need more Americans like this! PS: I will be adding the same service to my website and I encourage all NACHI members to do the same. THANK YOU Jim Bushart for this fine example. I am an American, I do not support the war in Iraq. I do not want you to get me wrong I support our troops, but there are alot of friends of mine stationed there and they have no idea why they are doing what they are doing. I have had emails of bombings (the other side) that are taking out women and children , and for no reason. I have also had emails from the ground laser folks that tell me they have blown up thousands of people just to try and get one person.
My Father told me that they droped napalm on over 50 targets that turned out to be home folk (vietnam). He did not say much, but when he did he was pissed. If he was alive today I am certain he would be pissed at George and the gang. This whole thing makes me sick. I will be glad when George is gone, as he is the worst President in my memory and by all the polls the 3rd worst in history. |

What do you charge those who had just returned from Iraq or Afghanistan? You charge them $100 like Jim does? 25% discount is nice but it does not equal the $100 for an inspection. Anyway, a 25% discount is better than nothing. I applaud you for your efforts. My son, Chris, will soon be leaving for his third tour of combat (his second tour to Iraq).
We all know and appreciate the "ultimate sacrifice" that circumstances can dictate to an American soldier...but there are many smaller sacrifices that go hardly noticed. In four years of marriage, my son and his wife have been able to spend one and one-half of those years together. His first chance to be home with his daughter on her birthday will be her fourth birthday, possibly. She just turned two in February while in Italy with her mom while her dad was in Germany preparing, with his unit, to deploy. When someone, somewhere, as an act of kindness offers a refreshment to my son at the airport as he waits to connect with his next flight...the school kids who write and send cards to him while he is in a war zone...or just the kind people who stop and say "thank you" to him as he carries his duffle bag through an airport...they have touched my heart, too. This is something that I have done for several years, now, as a way that I can also say "thanks" to the people who now carry the flag for me. |

I happen to love realtors...at least one. My oldest son. But I won't solicit him for leads, either. |

It was listed, but I found many many people talking advantage that did not serve( I don't ask for proof). These days I have my office person ask if they are Vets and I really do not care wich war they served in or even if they did time in a war zone. I give them 25% off my normal fee and do not add $ for pools ect. It is a good deal. I will not leave my office for a $100 HI. I do not care if it is my Grandmother. As for Jim he is probably lucky to get $100 for an inspection..LOL |
