Yes we have several vendors who do great work. Actually the site is OK. I'm frequently on page 1 of Google for "Chicago Home Inspections". So is Bob and Linas.

Even with the solid ranking most of my work is still referrals. If you're not near the top of page 1, calls from search engines inquiries are very sporadic. Most people don't call a bunch of different companies.

Bob, you and I have hit a big obstacle now with advancing in the Google ranks. Every inspector ahead of us has been around for quite a while. Google loves older domains so it appears that there is somewhat of a 'seniority' factor in Google's positioning. Even with a massive link building project we are very far away from the top.

I am not really sure about that? My site is only 5 years old and I am #1 on google except for the paid sponsored spot. So with some work you to can get to the top
