Yes, they are accepting newer inspectors. Most who have applied should get a full scholarship.

Yes, we oldies are getting scholarships too. Should be good for us all. NIFAST just landed 30 more University contracts to inspect their off-campus housing.

You published that this was "first come-first serve" but other things I have read, including the application itself, makes this appear to be competitive and based on location.

Can you provide something definitive on this?

Not yet and I applied the first day it came out.
Might take time if they are waiting for at least two members from each state.

Deadline for applications is tomorrow, 11/25, and "Scholarships" will be selected 12/9 and I'm sure someone will post them here.
