Why?
Why is it all summer long I hardly get any termite inspection I'm only $25 more then anyone else around. But come winter when its 12 degrees outside I get them!

Because the cheaper guys won't work in the cold weather.

It is winter and your competitor is in FL on vacation until Spring from all the money he made during the summer.
