I am curious to know how many inspectors del-winterize properties prior to an inspection. What type of additional liability and / or issues might arise from this?

I will de-winterize as one of the services my company performs. It is a service that is offered to the seller / listing agent under separate invoice and has nothing to do with the inspection. Fee is $150.00. I've done 2 this month so far. There is an additional fee to Re-winterize when done. It must be ordered at same time as the de-winterization and is on the same invoice. Fee is an additional $165.00.
I carry a pancake compressor in the trunk along with 4 gallons of anti-freeze and signage to all inspections.
