Default Wyoming-the last state to get it!
Is there a form, brocure, or mailing, that would open the eyes of my realators about pre-listing inspections. These cowboys and girls do not get it. Do you all lower your inspection fee and shorten the repor a bit (maybe a standard ize form) my software does not have a pre-sale form. Thanks if anyone is out there. Tim Dawe CMI Cody, WY.
