home renovations/ builder / foreman for 10 years, AAS degree in architectural drafting, Industrial and commercial cad operator/ estimator/ project manager for 16 more years.

29 years as a union carpenter. 5 of those years on my own as a residential builder, 10 years as a General Foreman on commercial buildings and another 10 years as a Project Superintendent for Bovis Lend/Lease.

Hands on Tools on Licensed contractor for over 45 Yrs. All trades except AC. Last 20 Yrs. HI escrow repairs and get ready for sale
